Job summary

Psi Molded Plastics Indiana Inc. is seeking a QC Inspector for the 1st shift in Wolfeboro, NH. The role focuses on testing and inspecting products at various production stages and compiling data to ensure quality and reliability meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will perform first-piece, in-process, and final audits, verify conformity, and maintain accurate quality documentation. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and experience with measurement tools are

Qualifications

2+ years’ Quality Control experience in a Lean manufacturing environment.
Experience reading blueprints and customer drawings.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements a plus.
Familiar with document control and quality records.
Proficient with precision measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

Determine all new production jobs meet customer requirements, including material, color, size, and packaging.
Ensure operators are trained and comply with in-process procedures.
Perform 1st piece, in-process, and final audit inspections.
Verify non-conforming material is corrected and documented.
Maintain samples for start-up and final product.
Document all work instructions and quality control records.
Serve as liaison between PSIMP departments and customers.
Participate in continual improvement and team-oriented culture.
