Job summary

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Waterford, WI manufacturing company, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector.

The role focuses on electronics inspection and adherence to ISO standards, with a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 1:00am, Monday through Thursday. Wage ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with a long-term permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will have strong soldering and repair skills and be able to read and interpret electronic processes.

Qualifications

• Inspection experience in an electronics setting or equivalent electronics background;
• Ability to obtain predictive information and detection information;
• Ability to efficiently interpret electronic processes;
• Ability to efficiently diagnose rejects per ISO standards and correct;
• Excellent soldering and repair skills, understanding the use of different size tips, solder wire, components and polarity, placement of parts, removing and replacing small components, troubleshooting;
• Ability to perform first piece verification at start-up of shift through inspection of final assembly;
• Excellent communication and computer skills to help train coworkers.
