Seeking a Quality Inspector for a growing electronics and manufacturing operation in Fort Atkinson, WI.
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing inspection experience and a strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for performing final inspections of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, box build assemblies, and PCB assemblies to ensure all products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, and industry quality standards. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can accurately evaluate finished products, maintain thorough documentation, and support the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Overtime may be available based on business needs
Compensation:
- $24.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform final inspections of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, box build assemblies, and PCB assemblies
- Verify all products conform to customer drawings, specifications, Bills of Material (BOMs), and work instructions
- Ensure finished products meet IPC workmanship requirements, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610 standards
- Verify labeling, serialization, packaging, documentation, and customer-specific requirements
- Complete inspection documentation accurately and maintain product traceability recordsApprove or reject finished products based on established acceptance criteria
- Accurately document inspection results and quality findings
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing inspection experience required
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
- Ability to interpret Bills of Material (BOMs) and assembly documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and strong visual inspection capability
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience maintaining accurate inspection records and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
