Position: Quality Inspector

Location: West Chester, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Overview:

Join a high-tech precision manufacturing team as a Quality Inspector specializing in First Article Inspections (FAIs). This is an on-site, full-time position based in West Chester, PA. Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct First Article and in-process inspections across production areas
• Create inspection protocols and evaluate product conformity
• Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 and 13485 standards
• Ensure accuracy in inspection records and upkeep of equipment
• Provide training and support to new inspectors
• Partner with machinists and production leads to drive quality initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and 13485 quality systems
• Strong leadership and enforcement of quality procedures
• High level of precision and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Skilled in using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Capable of coaching team members on quality assurance practices

Preferred Background:

• Degree in Metrology or a similar discipline
• Experience with CNC operations or programming
• Prior work in aerospace or precision manufacturing industries
