Qualifications

  • Experience in laboratory environment, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Experience in R&D including statistics understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze products per cGMP and SOPs.
  • Follow work instructions and SOPs.
  • Inspect production areas, processes, and finished goods.
  • Document data in forms, logs, and inventories.
  • Calibrate and maintain equipment per GMP and SOPs.
  • Monitor cleanliness and report issues.
  • Read and follow SOPs and GMPs.
  • Swab and verify equipment cleanliness with ATP testing.
  • Prepare and drop off customer samples for shipment.
  • Maintain retain samples in Excel workflow.
  • Review BOM and production processes before production.
  • Follow safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QC inspector

Schedule: 2:30pm - 11:30 pm + OT

SUMMARY

Performs testing, reviews test data, and writes investigations in compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyzes products in compliance with cGMP regulations and SOPs.
  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Inspect production areas, production processes, and finished goods produced.
  • Completes and maintains appropriate documentation to support testing procedures and comply with GMPs including but not limited to data capture forms, equipment logbooks, and inventory forms.
  • Calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment according to maintenance schedules, GMP requirements, and SOPs.
  • Monitor cleanliness of production and if unacceptable, report to direct supervisor.
  • Reads, understands, and follows SOPs; complies with current GMP as required by FDA.
  • Swab all production equipment’s clean and sanitized by sanitation, with a ATP instrument to ensure they meet the pass threshold before use in production.
  • Prepare and drop off customer samples for shipment.
  • Document all retain samples pulled in excel workflow.
  • Detail review of BOM and production process prior to production.
  • Follows all safety regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, computer, and equipment validation, GMPs, and product/process validation.
  • Ability to develop clear, concise, and timely oral and written reports.
  • Experience with laboratory environment, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Experience in research and development, including understanding of statistical analysis.
