Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for 1st shift (6:00am-3:30pm). The role ensures product conformity, thorough inspections, and proper documentation before release, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Use and interpret work instructions to verify product conformity and compliance.
• Perform final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Create non-conforming reports and perform analysis and troubleshooting.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration cycles are met.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in CI projects.

Quality Control Inspector

1st shift (6:00am-3:30pm)
$19.00-$25.00/hr

The Quality Inspector ensures all assigned inspections are properly completed and documented in compliance with established policies and procedures and corresponding inspection forms and reports are properly executed prior to releasing products for use.

• Use and interpret work instructions and associated documents to verify conformity of products, ensuing every detail meets established polices and procedures.
• Perform thorough final inspections of products to guarantee they meet all quality standards.
• Ensure all assigned inspections are properly documented, with corresponding record, reports and form accurately completed to prior product release.
• Create no conforming material reports when necessary and preform analysis, inspection, troubleshooting and testing on identified non-conforming products and components.
• Maintain all inspection equipment, ensuring it is within calibration cycles and in optimal working condition.
• Identify areas for improvement and actively participalte in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality.
• Prepare accepted products for use by appropriately labeling and printing unique device identification labels as required.
