Job summary

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team. You will perform receiving, in-process, final, and return-to-service inspections of aerospace structural components to ensure adherence to FAA standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance within aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and engineering drawings is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data and inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, final, and return-to-service inspections of structural components
• Inspect repaired and overhauled nacelles, thrust reversers, flight control surfaces, and radomes for compliance with approved technical data and customer requirements
• Verify workmanship, measurements, repair documentation, and work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, and company procedures
• Support radome inspection and transmissivity testing to ensure compliance with performance requirements
• Identify, document, and report nonconformities, discrepancies, and quality concerns
• The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with technicians, engineers, and supervisors
