Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Salary: $20-26, Based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visually inspecting Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and assemblies at various stages of production. Your primary goal is to ensure products meet internal and industry quality standards with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microscope-based visual inspections of PCBs and assemblies

• Document inspection findings and manage parts appropriately

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards

• Work independently and support training and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and dexterity to work with small components

• Basic math and computer literacy

• Proficiency in reading and writing in English

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and visual work aids

• Excellent near-sighted vision; capable of microscope work for extended periods

• IPC-A-610 Certification preferred

• Previous experience in electronics or a related industry is a plus
