TALENIQUE INC is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Merrimack, NH, responsible for visually inspecting Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, exceptional attention to detail, and preferably an IPC-A-610 Certification. This full-time role aims to enhance quality and collaboration in a growing company.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visually inspecting Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and assemblies at various stages of production. Your primary goal is to ensure products meet internal and industry quality standards with accuracy and consistency.
Perform microscope-based visual inspections of PCBs and assemblies
Document inspection findings and manage parts appropriately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards
Work independently and support training and continuous improvement efforts
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and dexterity to work with small components
Basic math and computer literacy
Proficiency in reading and writing in English
Ability to interpret technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and visual work aids
Excellent near-sighted vision; capable of microscope work for extended periods
IPC-A-610 Certification preferred
Previous experience in electronics or a related industry is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
Demonstrates professionalism and a solid work ethic
Adaptable to change and committed to workplace safety protocols
Ability to sit or stand for 8–10 hours per shift
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
Vision capabilities must include close-up work, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Quiet manufacturing setting
Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and electrical hazards
