Job summary

Action Staffing Solutions Inc. seeks an electronics QA inspector to verify incoming materials, PC board and harness assemblies, and final power supply assemblies. You will perform final inspection after test/burn-in, document findings, and support cross-department quality initiatives.

Job description

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**• Incoming materials (PC boards, sheet metal, etc.)• PC board and harness assemblies (many different types)• Final assemblies (assembled power supplies) • Perform Final Inspection (after Test and Burn-in, before shipping)• Inspect material orders on your daily assignment sheet, using BOMs and assembly drawings• Enter Reject information into computer, print rework traveler and return order to assembler and/or do Move transactions as required to move order to next department• Keep QA Supervisor informed of Quality issues**KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**• High school diploma or equivalent• Experience in electronics manufacturing, quality inspection, or a related technical field• Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards, quality control methodologies, and good manufacturing practices preferred• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document findings, explain quality concerns, and collaborate effectively across departments• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with individuals at all levels of the organization and across a variety of work styles and personalities• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify potential quality issues, and make sound decisions independently• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, inspection criteria, and quality standards• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inspection, documentation, and compliance activities• Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple assignments, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment• Willingness to actively engage in the quality process by identifying improvement opportunities and contributing ideas that enhance product quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance• Ability to work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Test, Materials, and Quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing or quality-related systems• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
