The role focuses on independent QC and inspection of instructional design artwork, labels, and study materials for a global biopharmaceutical client. You will perform detailed visual inspections, build physical study stimuli, edit print-ready artwork with InDesign/Illustrator, and maintain traceable records while coordinating with design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience.
• 2–3 years in QA/QC in artwork, labeling, packaging, or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed visual and content inspections, identify discrepancies, follow defined review criteria, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work onsite in Thousand Oaks area on a regular basis.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to complete precise cutting, folding, gluing, labeling, and assembly tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Artwork quality control and inspection.
• Review labeling artwork files and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Inspect artwork for layout, readability, and version control.
• Document inspection observations and route corrections.
• Support improvements to inspection checklists and job aids.
• Prepare physical study stimuli and assemble materials.
• Edit print-ready artwork using InDesign and Illustrator per build instructions.
• Operate in-house printers and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Provide onsite support for tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain organized, inspection-ready file sets.
