Job summary

Cindavi in Lancaster, SC seeks a Quality Laboratory Chemist I to join our quality control team. You will evaluate finished products and raw materials with accuracy, learning our methods for 30–60 days before handling independent testing and projects.

This full-time, onsite, second-shift role performs release and stability testing with SOPs and compendial methods, trains on instruments, records results, and helps prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and related field required.
• At least three years of hands-on QC laboratory testing experience.
• Practical HPLC experience and ability to follow written methods with increasing independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform release, stability, and special-request testing of finished-product and raw-material samples.
• Train on additional instruments as needed (GC, titrators, FTIR, UV/Vis, dissolution).
• Record results, prepare reports, and review colleagues' work.
• Support investigations and keep testing on track to deadlines.
• Maintain a safety-first laboratory and help train new team members.
