• Delivers valid statistical information and analyses to the Commissioning Manager regarding job site Quality.
• Provides guidance to field employees and leadership on quality-related issues and improvements.
• Performs project expectations reviews with project leadership and recommends corrective actions to managers and teams.
• Participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program as appropriate.
