Lambert's Cable is seeking a Field Quality Control Technician to perform inspections and testing during installation projects, ensuring adherence to plans and standards. You will identify issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes in various field conditions.

In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on training, support travel as needed, and contribute to safety-focused quality initiatives across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of telecommunications construction industry standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans and specs are met.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime and travel as needed in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
