Lambert's Cable is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure that construction or installation work meets specified standards. You will perform inspections, conduct tests, monitor compliance, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes.

The role requires one year of relevant experience and an associate degree or equivalent. Travel, overtime, and field work are expected as part of project support.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Associate degree in an related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of telecommunications construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans and specs are met.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure construction standards.
• Identify issues and report to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure required testing is completed and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime and travel as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
