Lambert's Cable seeks a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installation work and ensure compliance with plans and standards. You will perform inspections, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements across projects.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and an associates degree or equivalent. Expect field work, possible travel, and a strong safety culture in a telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience.
• One year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime and travel as needed; perform duties in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned
