Job Description
Due to continued success and rapid growth, Lindy Paving is seeking QA/QC Field Technicians to join its Quality Control team in the Greater Pittsburgh region.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Field Technician tests and inspects road construction materials, such as Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), to ensure they meet or exceed standards and customer specifications.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent; NECEPT Field Technician Certification (or ability to obtain); proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to meet safety requirements including radiation safety; physical ability to carry a 40 lbs Nuclear Density gauge, shovel, tamp, lute asphalt, and lift heavy samples; willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends; valid driver's license; physical ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, and drive; and pre-employment drug testing.
