Job summary

Stanley Electric seeks a Quality Control Engineer II to investigate, analyze, and resolve production and new model quality issues while leading cross-functional continuous improvement activities in a timely manner. The role requires coordinating with internal and external groups to maintain production quality and customer standards.

Responsibilities include audits, problem tracking, data-driven improvement, and mentoring new engineers in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–6 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in automotive supplier quality, preferably with JIT environments.
• Knowledge of FMEA, PQCT, capability studies and GD&T.
• Experience with ISO 9000 and AIAG standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze and resolve quality problems in production and new model development.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate quality issues between internal and external groups while upholding customer standards.
• Prepare PQCTs using FMEA and GPAC-V to address failure modes.
• Participate in process audits and track quality system performance.
• Train and mentor junior engineers in hands-on environments.
