Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in concrete technology and welding.
• Experience with nondestructive evaluation/testing (NDE/NDT) is essential.
• ACI certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QC team in visual inspections.
• Develop and deliver quality control training programs.
• Collaborate with management to resolve quality issues.
• Establish quality control procedures.
• Review and approve quality reports.
• Ensure non-conforming products are handled properly.
• Implement health and safety protocols related to QC.
• Provide feedback to improve processes.
• Hold quarterly QC meetings.
