Creative Programs & Systems (CPS) is seeking a full-time, in‑house Quality Control Developer / Office Manager to join our team in Brighton, Michigan.

This position combines website quality assurance, front‑end testing, and office management responsibilities. You'll help ensure our web‑based projects meet the highest standards of quality while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our office. Our clients span a wide range of industries, including automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit, and more.

The ideal candidate is a logical problem solver who works well independently and as part of a team. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and enjoys technology, web development, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality control testing of websites and web applications
• Verify projects function according to specifications and client requirements
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs, errors, and usability issues
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the development team when needed
• Assist with general office management and administrative duties

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• A strong eye for design and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to follow directions and thoroughly test software applications
• Confidence communicating effectively with both clients and developers
• A basic understanding of websites and web technologies is a plus

Full-time, $22–$27/hour, based on experience, with bi‑weekly direct deposit.
