Your Day-to-Day Impact
As our QA Auditor, you will be the frontline champion for safety, compliance, and excellence. You will work hand-in-hand with our Production and Quality Management teams to:
- Be the Expert on the Floor: Read job specifications, review "First Articles," and compare all products against the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure everything matches perfectly.
- Keep Quality High: Perform Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) conformance checks, as well as AQL inspections on the production lines.
- Take the Lead: You have the authority to place production operations in "Block Status" when needed and recommend smart ways to fix issues.
- Stay Sharp: Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, conduct electronic label vision challenges, and neatly document your findings in quality reports.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Guide production line leaders on observed issues, and instantly quarantine any non-conformance materials while keeping management in the loop.
Who You Are
We are looking for a reliable, adaptable team player who brings the following to the table:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1–2 years of applicable GMP experience in a QA role (or equivalent experience in a related field—we value your skills!).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (a proficiency test is part of our standard onboarding).
- Core Strengths:
- A sharp eye for quality and a knack for solving problems.
- Excellent time-management skills to keep yourself organized and on track.
- The ability to build trusting, respectful, and collaborative relationships across teams.
- Physical Comfort: You are comfortable standing or walking for long periods on the floor and can lift at least 20 pounds when needed.
