Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse/produce associate responsible for checking product quality and daily produce inventory. You will remove spoiled or short-dated items, repack cases, and maintain accurate counts to support fresh distribution.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality at pick locations, reporting issues to the Inventory Control team, and collaborating with buyers and co-workers to keep operations running smoothly. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months procurement, warehouse and/or administrative experience in related area.

Responsibilities

• Check quality of designated product and take daily inventory on produce.
• Remove spoiled product and repack full cases into smaller quantities.
• Ensure proper quality of all produce pick locations and communicate discrepancies with buyers.
