Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate for the Plainfield, IN distribution center, 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:45 PM–3:30 AM). Hourly rate: $18.85/hr + $1.00 extra/hr.

You will conduct audits to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance, and manage chargebacks. Responsibilities include verifying label applications, auditing outbound totes and pallets, completing trailer audits, and inspecting paperwork.

Qualifications

• Audits to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout processing & support areas.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to be certified on equipment, based on location.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull & lift cartons/bins up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verifies that MHE label application is correct to standards.
• Audits outbound processing totes for accuracy.
• Completes carton audits at shipping for correct pallet placement & store location.
• Complete trailer audits.
• Audit OSO packets to ensure correct paperwork is provided to Receiving.
• Audit back stock locations to ensure correct product is in location.
• Audit store to store transfers for correct product transfer.
• Search building for vendor compliance issues.
