Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate for our distribution center in Conklin, NY, on the 2nd shift from 5:00pm to 3:30am. The role focuses on audits to ensure accuracy and compliance across processing and support areas, and involves handling vendor errors and chargebacks.

Responsibilities include verifying label accuracy, auditing outbound totes, carton audits, trailer audits, OSO paperwork, back stock locations, store transfers, vendor compliance checks, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to be certified on equipment, based on location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Comfortable reporting errors to supervisor.
• Proficient in WMS, PMMS.

Responsibilities

• Verifies that MHE label application is correct to standards.
• Audits outbound processing totes for accuracy.
• Completes carton audits at shipping to identify correct pallet placement & store location.
• Complete trailer audits.
• Audit OSO packets to ensure correct paperwork is provided to Receiving; audit back stock locations to ensure correct product is in location; audit store to store transfers.
• Search building for vendor compliance issues.
• Other audits & duties as assigned.
