Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate, Quality Control to join our Cell Therapy QC team in Bothell, WA. The role focuses on GMP testing to support product release and in-process testing, with opportunities to troubleshoot analytical and microbiological assays.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in a regulated environment, and offers a 3–4 day workweek schedule (Wed–Sat) with a 10% evening shift differential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and laboratory safety practices.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a high-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to master new software programs.
• Experience working in a GMP environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform or support cGMP activities, such as sample management, product testing, raw material release, environmental monitoring sample collection and processing, and system and equipment maintenance support.
• Support sample management.
• Support assay transfer and method validation.
• Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
• Identify and initiate Deviations, CAPA’s and Laboratory Investigations.
• Ensure timely completion of testing and tasks as assigned.
