Job summary

EPE Industries USA Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our Riverside manufacturing team. You will help ensure our products meet quality standards and customer specifications through inspections, testing, and collaboration with production staff.

The ideal candidate has hands-on inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. This role requires reliable attendance and adherence to all quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection.
• Ability to read specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and internal requirements.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Identify, sort, and document defective materials for rework.
• Follow safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Regular attendance and compliance with company policies.

EPE USA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help ensure our products meet quality standards and customer specifications through inspections, testing, and collaboration with production staff.

What you will do:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
• Identify, sort, and document defective materials and products requiring rework.
• Assist with inventory counts, material verification, and proper labeling.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Support and Comply with all company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection preferred
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, work instructions and measuring tools
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Forklift Certification is a plus
