EPE USA is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator for our Riverside, CA manufacturing team. You will operate saws and other production equipment to cut and fabricate packaging materials according to specifications, while prioritizing safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 months in manufacturing, can read work orders and tape measures, and works well in a fast-paced environment. A forklift certification is a plus, and reliable attendance is essential.

Position Overview:

EPE USA is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating saws and other production equipment to cut and fabricate packaging materials according to specifications while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate manual and automatic saws, skivers, hydraulic presses, and die-cutting equipment.
• Read and interpret work orders, cut sheets, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Measure, cut, and inspect foam, plastic, and other packaging materials to ensure accuracy.
• Set up and adjust equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Move and organize materials using pallet jacks or other authorized equipment.
• Assist with packaging assembly, product inspections, and general production duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with deliveries as needed, when appropriately licensed and authorized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Three months + of experience in manufacturing, production or similar industries
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math calculations (fractions, decimals)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
