Gerresheimer is seeking a Quality Control Associate in Peachtree City, GA to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. You will monitor production, perform visual/functional/ dimensional inspections, and support batch releases with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in quality control or production, solid measurement knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Secondary vocational education in mechanical technician or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or production.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems).
• Good English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections.
• Conduct measurements and product-specific analyses (e.g., particle tests).
• Support new batch releases and ensure readiness.

As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our production line meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications
• Performing hands‑on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections
• Conducting detailed measurements and product‑specific analysis (e.g., particle tests)
