Gerresheimer seeks a reliable Material Handler for night shift at our Peachtree City, GA facility. You will be responsible for safe loading/unloading, packing, labeling, and ensuring proper storage of finished goods. A forklift license and strong warehouse experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth transport and picking processes.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
• Pack goods for shipment, stretch, and store.
• Perform recycling and waste disposal tasks as needed.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and proper documentation.
• Label goods correctly and ensure proper storage.
• Ensure load securing and loading finished goods per picking lists.
• Report loading damages to responsible parties.
• Support inventory and stocktaking as instructed.

Job Description

• Ensuring smooth transport and picking processes
• Independent loading and unloading of trucks using industrial trucks (forklifts, hand pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks)
• Packing goods for shipment, stretching, and storing
• Conducting recycling and waste disposal tasks
• Inspecting incoming goods for damage, completeness, and documentation
• Ensuring proper goods labeling (applying labels, storing, etc.)
• Ensuring proper load securing
• Loading finished goods according to picking lists
• Reporting loading damages to the responsible parties
• Supporting inventory and stocktaking as instructed Forklift Certified
