Job summary

Gerresheimer is seeking a Team Lead Quality Control for the Night Shift in Peachtree City, GA to supervise QA activities and ensure compliance with QM guidelines. The role entails personnel management, shift planning, and driving improvements in safety, 5S, and productivity.

You will lead a team, manage deviations and complaints handling, and collaborate with production, TS, CS, and plant management to uphold quality and regulatory standards while writing technical reports and guiding staff

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a comparable role with managerial responsibility in a quality environment.
• Specialist knowledge in quality management with leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. conducting appraisals, employee development).
• Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and measurement technology.
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Leadership skills, integrity, transparency, appreciation, persuasiveness.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
