Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a quality professional to support development of quality plans and procedures for both make and buy items, and to ensure conformance to company and regulatory standards.

You will review quality records, analyze data using statistics, and coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure process requirements are met and issues are resolved.

Basic Qualifications

• Quality Process and Continuous Improvement knowledge
• Experience with data visualization tool(s) (i.e., Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, etc.)
• Data analytics experience
• Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics.

Desired Skills

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of aviation quality experience
• Experience in project management and use of project management tools
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
• Experience briefing senior leaders
• Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
