Quality Control Analyst: Microbiology - Contract - Philadelphia PA

Primary Responsibilities:

• This role will support quality control testing operations, focusing on microbial testing of drug products. This includes tasks such as bioburden, endotoxins, mycoplasma, gram stain, environmental monitoring, and sterility techniques.
• Efficiently manage multiple priorities and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplined teams.
• Strong attention to detail and technical skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with GDP, GLP, GMP, and cell therapy products is advantageous.

The Quality Control Analyst: Microbiology's responsibilities will be:

• Conduct daily GMP Quality Control laboratory testing with accuracy and compliance.
• Perform environmental monitoring of cleanroom areas.
• Analyze data and report results of microbiology assays for product lot release.
• Assist in technical problem-solving related to GMP Quality Control.
• Support product stability programs through testing, data analysis, and reporting.
• Contribute to the creation and revision of documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Maintain high efficiency and produce accurate results.
• Adhere to Safety SOPs, SDS sheets, and laboratory procedures.

Compensation:

• $30 to $38 per hour.
