We’re looking for a
Quality Control Analyst who is detail-oriented, analytical, and driven to improve processes. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our operations and ensuring we’re doing right by our members, and each other.
What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Analyst, your work will be essential to our internal control framework. You will bring clarity and structure to quality assurance processes while contributing to process improvement across departments. With a strong eye for detail and a collaborative mindset, you will ensure that all documentation and operations meet internal and external standards.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of loan and deposit accounts to verify accuracy and policy adherence
- Analyze trends and exceptions in data and report findings to leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulations including NCUA, BSA/AML, Reg Z, Reg E, and others
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership highlighting risks, gaps, and improvement areas
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve quality and resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of findings, actions, and remediation efforts
- Develop and execute risk-based testing programs aligned with regulations
- Lead or support post-closing reviews for various loan types, ensuring documentation is complete
- Assist in preparing audit packages and investor requests
- Participate in system testing for lending platforms and upgrades
- Perform a 10% sampling of all paid loan accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of mortgage products, services, and documentation
- Familiarity with lending systems and ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
