Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a hands-on Pallet Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Atlanta. You will use basic hand tools and manual handling to inspect, repair, and rework pallets to meet customer specifications.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift 75–85 pounds, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team with a comprehensive benefits plan and predictable, daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets visually for defects and compliance with specifications.
• Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
• Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of the quality control station.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and assist with overtime or rotating shifts as needed.

What you'll do?

Uses a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly pallets. Lifts pallets to examine pallets, removes defective boards, and corrects nail-related issues. Understands pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Responsible for troubleshooting jams, and basic maintenance of the quality control station.

Hours:

Monday - Friday

1st Shift 6 am to 3:30 pm

Pay rate: $18.00

Duties Include:

• Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Attention to detail & commitment to quality
• Inspect pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
• Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
• Cleans area during and at the end of shift.
• May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
• Performs other duties as required.
