Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a hands-on pallet repair operator for the third shift in Atlanta, GA. You will inspect, repair, and reassemble pallets using basic hand tools and power tools as needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Uses a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in pallets.
• Inspect pallets visually for defects and correct issues that do not meet specifications.
• Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
• Cleans area during and at the end of shift.
• May be required to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.

What you'll do?

Uses a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly pallets. Lifts pallets to examine pallets, removes defective boards, and corrects nail-related issues. Understands pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Responsible for troubleshooting jams, and basic maintenance of the quality control station.

Hours & Pay:

Monday - Friday

3rd Shift 11 pm-7 am

Pay rate: $18.00

Duties Include:

• Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Attention to detail & commitment to quality
• Inspect pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
• Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
• Cleans area during and at the end of shift.
• May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
• Performs other duties as required.
