Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Quality Control professional for a first-shift position in Sturtevant, WI. The role focuses on inspecting products and materials to meet quality standards and reporting defects to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications
• Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished products
• Maintain accurate inspection and testing records
• Communicate effectively with production and management teams regarding quality issues and improvements
• Perform routine checks and audits throughout the production process
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
• Follow all safety and company policies to ensure a safe work environment

Position Title: Quality Control Wage: $20.00 - $21.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday on Friday 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
