Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Lancaster, MA. You will perform inspections on in-process and finished goods, verify labels and packing information, and report any quality issues.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with quality or manufacturing experience who takes pride in accuracy and ensuring products meet required standards.

What You'll Do

Perform in-process and finished product inspectionsVerify materials, labels, packing lists, and shipment information for accuracyEnsure production inspections and quality procedures are followedIdentify and report quality issues or non-conforming productsAssist with corrective and preventive actionsComplete daily production floor quality checksMaintain accurate inspection records and documentationWork closely with production teams to promote quality standards

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED1-2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and follow procedures, work instructions, and safety requirementsBasic math and computer skillsExperience with manufacturing or inventory software is a plusAbility to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
