Adecco US, Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Analyst to perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished kits, following approved SOPs and documenting results.
You will work under cGMP requirements, summarize data, maintain batch records, and support lab investigations. A minimum BS/BA in Chemistry or Bioscience is required, with 0–2 years of QC experience preferred.

Medical Diagnostics / Bioscience
Conduct analytical and functional testing of raw materials, intermediates, and/or finished goods kits according to approved SOPs.
Perform testing using chemistry clinical analyzers and accurately document test results using SOPs and electronic workbooks.
Document test results, complete batch records, and perform laboratory investigations using relevant information and processes under cGMP requirements.
Summarize and evaluate test data, maintain lot histories, and evaluate data for trends and excursions according to established SOPs.
Perform other responsibilities as needed to support departmental objectives and business needs.
Minimum BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Bioscience.
Demonstrated ability and/or additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA degree.
Strong laboratory skills, including pipetting, laboratory safety, handling of biohazardous materials, and hazardous chemicals.
Understanding of cGMP requirements and their application in a laboratory/work environment.
Strong reading comprehension skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and understandable documentation.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to perform basic data analysis and summarize results.
Basic mathematical skills, including calculations involving concentrations and dilutions, with a strong understanding of algebraic concepts.
This role involves the handling, management, and oversight of controlled substances. The successful candidate will be responsible for following all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to controlled substances.
The role may involve exposure to controlled substances during the performance of assigned duties. Appropriate safety protocols and protective measures will be provided and must be strictly followed.
Ability to adhere to strict laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals, biohazardous materials, and controlled substances.
Successful completion of a background check, including screening for any history related to controlled substances, may be required.
