Job summary

Peak, a rapidly growing private company in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Quality Control Specialist to ensure every client interaction is warm, welcoming, and exceeds expectations. You will conduct quality checks on meetings and experiences while growing lasting relationships with clients.

You will greet clients, prepare actionable reports for the CEO and team, maintain a polished office, and manage the CRM. You will continuously improve processes that impact the client journey.

• Ensure every client interaction is warm, welcoming, and exceeds expectations
• Conduct quality checks on every client meeting, call, and experience with our team
• Grow lasting, personal relationships with all clients
• Greet clients and ensure they feel appreciated and valued during every visit
• Prepare and deliver quality reports to the CEO and team with actionable steps for improvement
• Maintain a polished, professional, and organized office environment
• Manage CRM and update client profiles
• Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes that impact the client journey
