Job summary

RRD Company, a global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions, seeks a site Quality Management Lead in the Pittsburgh area to drive QMS implementation and continual improvement. You will guide projects that optimize cost, quality, and operational performance across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with ISO/cGMP, and a focus on training and mentoring staff to sustain best practices and compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience including overseeing ISO and cGMP.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
• Strong business acumen and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills; clear messaging.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and/or MAC environments; mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for QMS, ensuring ISO and cGMP compliance.
• Root cause analysis and CAPA support to site leadership.
• Reviewing CAPAs, spoilage incidents, and high-risk accounts and approving corrective actions.
• Overseeing internal audits and QMS metrics; presenting findings.
• Developing and deploying advanced process improvement methodologies.
• Leads improvement projects including EHS and sustainability.
• Monitors training requirements for quality resources.
• Ensures documentation and record retention standards.
