Job summary

ALPLA Group seeks a Quality System Supervisor at our manufacturing site to lead the quality management system, audits, and continuous improvement efforts. You will partner with Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to assure product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading internal and supplier audits, managing documentation, and mentoring the quality team.

Qualifications

• Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent.
• Experience with physical lab testing equipment (calipers, scales, height gauge, compression testing equipment) and with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• ISO Certification.
• Customer and external audits.
• Performance level of all quality employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality System and IMS activities at the site, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and related standards.
• Serve as audit lead and primary contact for internal and external quality and/or food safety audits.
• Support HACCP and risk mitigation programs and drive improvement using audit data.
• Oversee documentation management and standardization of plant quality records.
• Manage and mentor the Quality Team, ensuring proper training and qualification of staff.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure product specifications and regulations are met.
