Holon Health in the United States is seeking a Director of Quality and Compliance to own quality assurance and compliance across Medicaid programs and health plans. You’ll manage SOPs, incident governance, audits, and regulatory reporting, collaborating with Medical, Operations, and Product teams.

You will drive root cause analyses, corrective actions, training, and payer relationships, while supporting accreditation and health equity initiatives in a remote-friendly, flexible culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare quality, compliance, risk management, or accreditation.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and state/health plan rules.
• Experience with incident management and leading root cause analyses.
• Strong SOP authoring and staff training experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Comfort with dashboards and spreadsheet-based analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own SOPs and document control across states and health plans.
• Manage incident reporting end-to-end with external agencies and deadlines.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
• Run internal audits covering charting, billing, CoCM, and RTM.
• Train staff on SOPs and changes; ensure competency checks.
• Manage payer and regulatory relationships and inquiries.
• Support accreditation efforts and HEQMC activities.
