Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments; preferred in battery, electronics, chemical, or automotive industries; regulatory familiarity.
• Experience developing and implementing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, manufacturing quality standards, and customer quality expectations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and ongoing optimization of the quality management system and programs.
• Oversee supplier quality management, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Lead internal and external audits, ISO/regulatory inspections, and CAPA programs.
• Partner with Engineering for DFM/DFQ initiatives and oversee product validation.
• Drive reduction in defects, scrap, and rework while improving yield and reliability.
• Act as the primary quality liaison with customers and manage quality issues and corrective actions.
