Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Quality Specialist - Compliance Analyst to ensure our products meet high quality and food safety standards. You will lead the factory’s Compliance Network, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement across Nestlé Management Systems.

You will train and coach the network, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multiple functions to ensure rapid issue resolution and sustained compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Internal Auditor Certification to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or FSSC/ISO 22000.
• Process-Based Auditing systems such as ISO.
• Compliance management experience (Quality, SH&E, HR, Finance, or other).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and application of the Compliance Network Management Routines for the Factory.
• Coordinate the factory’s Compliance Routine to maintain compliance to Nestlé Management Systems.
• Lead the Compliance Network at the Factory and verify effectiveness.
• Frontline support for operations and continuous improvement on the factory floor.
