Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field required with a minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing/engineering of PCBs and assemblies.
• Experience as a lead or compliance auditor.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Ability to develop and implement project plans and understand quality concepts.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 or similar quality systems.
• Proficient with internet/data management and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audits and provide technical oversight for AS9100, NADCAP, DLA, UL, GIDEP and customer audits.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and interpret laws/standards to ensure adherence.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality monitoring to identify non-conformities.
• Assess risks and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
• Maintain records of compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Educate staff on compliance requirements and quality standards.
