You will support QA technicians, maintain QMS documents, assist internal and external audits, and deliver training on quality controls. This role emphasizes ISO 9001, cGMPs, and data-driven quality improvements.

This full-time position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in an industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of calibration and traceability requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Industrial environment experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support QA Technicians with inspections and rework of defective products.
• Maintain data and controlled documents in the QMS to stay ISO/compliance-ready.
• Assist audits and investigations, coordinating with other departments.
• Develop and deliver document control and quality training with records.
• Analyze quality metrics in Excel and produce actionable reports.
• Lead CPI efforts and drive CAPAs.
• Follow SOPs and cGMPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
