The Quality Analyst at Draper provides support for the quality control and assurance process and plays a role in maintaining standards, ensuring compliance and supporting quality teams. The incumbent will make independent judgements in planning work details, manage projects, interface with technical and program management staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. The Quality Analyst may be the sub-task lead of a team executing plans and guiding their teams in addition to performing the following duties/responsibilities. In this role you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant degree is required.
3 years prior experience required in a Quality focused role.
This role requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance Onsite in Cambridge, MA.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,300.00 - $220,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
