Phibro Animal Health Corporation in Willow Island, WV seeks a dedicated Quality Compliance Specialist to support quality compliance systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory alignment with FDA and CFR requirements.

You will collaborate with Quality Control, Production, and Regulatory Affairs to release finished goods, manage CAPAs, lead audits, and mentor staff on cGMP standards, with travel ~10%.

Competenze

• BS degree in a scientific field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Fundamental understanding of cGMP regulations and global standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel (~10% domestic, occasional international).

Mansioni

• Provide quality and compliance oversight for manufacturing and warehouse activities, including on-the-floor support to assess deviations and incidents.
• Release finished goods documentation, including COA reviews, batch records, labeling, and reprocessing instructions.
• Facilitate and implement CAPA plans.
• Coordinate and investigate customer complaints.
• Maintain and monitor compliance tracking systems and archive records (document control, deviation reporting, calibration, retention).
• Develop and edit SOPs, forms, flow diagrams, and specifications.
