Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation in Willow Island, WV is seeking a Laboratory Analyst at Analyst IV/V level to support the MFA testing and stability studies within the Finished Product Quality Control lab.

The role performs routine and non-routine analytical testing, ensuring GMP compliance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production and quality goals. Strong lab experience with HPLC/UV/GC and SOPs is valued.

Qualifications

• Analyst IV level requires 15+ years lab experience with appropriate education or 2-year degree with ~5 years or a BS with ~3 years.
• Analyst V level requires 20+ years lab experience with appropriate education or 2-year degree with ~10 years or a BS with ~5 years.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts and 5-S.
• Follows GMP/GLP and PHIBRO SOPs; data maintenance per GMP/SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares samples for analytical testing and stability studies.
• Performs physical testing of routine and non-routine samples (raw materials, API, finished goods).
• Supports site quality, safety and production goals within GMP requirements.
• Works within cross-functional teams and follows SOPs.
• Maintains records and reports of tests and procedures used.
• Supports investigations into data anomalies and CAPA efforts as needed.
