Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant scientific experience, with 4+ years in a regulated setting.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, ICH, USP, GMP/GLP/GDP.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct laboratory testing and projects supporting production and regulatory submissions.
• Set priorities, assign work, manage resources and timelines.
• Review data, reports, and product-disposition recommendations for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical oversight for laboratory methods and equipment.
• Ensure testing and documentation comply with FDA cGMP and data-integrity standards.
• Maintain inspection readiness and manage deviations and CAPAs.
• Oversee method validation, verification, transfer, and lifecycle management.
• Communicate lab status, risks, and recommendations to management and partners.
