Job summary

QRC Group in Juncos, Puerto Rico seeks a Specialist Quality Complaints to lead and manage product complaint investigations, perform data analysis and trending of complaint information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions promptly.

Ideal candidates will have advanced degrees with related experience or extensive experience in quality, CAPA, and compliance, and will be proficient in MS Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters with 2+ years related experience, or Bachelor's with 4+ years, or Associate with 8+ years, or HS/GED with 10+ years.
• Experience in project management and root-cause analysis.
• CAPA determination experience.
• Quality mindset and deep compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook) and usage of Teams.
